Well this is unfortunate. Panelmonkey's long gone. Drshnaps closed its doors a few years back, and now Mystical Forest Zone is gone? I think all of my favorite sprite sites are dead now.

Try using https://archive.org/web/ on the Mystical Forest Zone URL, and you should be able to save the backgrounds/sprites you need from there. Save what you need before the sands of internet time make them disappear forever.
